Warranty
The product must be checked directly at the post office if the order configuration is incorrect or the product simply did not like "live". in this case, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, you can exchange or return it in accordance with the following rules.
Transportation costs in this case are paid by the buyer. If there is a shortage of goods, we will refund your money for the order and pay for delivery. Return / exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receiving the order.
According to the legislation of Ukraine, there are two situations in which you can return the goods purchased from us:
The product didn't suit you.
The product is defective due to the manufacturer's fault.
The product has no drawbacks. It just didn't suit you in shape, color, dimensions, style, and dimensions. Replacement of goods with a similar one in accordance with Article 9 of the law of Ukraine "on consumer rights protection" is possible only if the following conditions are met::
no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, not counting the day of purchase;
the product was not in use, i.e. it is new;
the product's presentation and consumer qualities are preserved;
seals, labels, and product receipt were saved.
This rule does not apply to personal hygiene items, underwear, hosiery, etc. For more information, see the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (No. 172 of 19.03.1994).
If at the time of exchange a similar product is not on sale, the consumer has the right either to buy any other goods that are available with the appropriate recalculation of the cost, or to receive money back in the amount of the value of the returned goods, or to exchange the goods for a similar one at the first receipt. the corresponding product is on sale.
When returning money for a product, settlements with the buyer are made based on the cost of the product at the time of purchase. The money is returned to the buyer on the day of submission of the relevant request, and if it is impossible to return the money on this day — at another time by agreement of the parties, but not later than 7 days later.
You will be refused to replace the product with a new one (refund) if:
more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of a product that does not have significant defects;
a product that has no significant drawbacks is not new, i.e. it has been used;
when checking the quality of the product, signs of outside interference (opening, attempting to repair) or other warranty service conditions (mechanical damage, etc.)were detected.;
there is no document confirming the fact of purchase of the product (product receipt) or warranty card for the purchased product, or an element of the product configuration.
How to make an exchange / refund correctly :
1) if the buyer does not fit the size of the purchased product, it is worth reviewing the size grid again in relation to it. Decide on the required size and contact the store manager for further exchange. When exchanging an item for another one, specify the Order Number, Code and cost of the returned item, and code and cost of the item you sent.
2) in case of disputes regarding the refund, the buyer will need to provide the following information by e-mail: i@badgers.com.ua:
- correspondence with the seller;
- screenshot from the Postal Service's merchant profile;
- complete list of documentation for the order.
3) Exchange/return of goods delivered to the buyer through the delivery service Novaya Pochta or Ukrposhta is carried out in the same way by agreement of the parties, namely by agreement of the receiving party. The cost of delivery of the product upon purchase will not be refunded to the buyer. Delivery of the returned goods to the seller's warehouse is paid for by the buyer, except in cases of Return of defective goods.in this case, the company returns the money to the buyer for such delivery.
