Collecting an order

Collecting an order on the next business day after it is placed on the site.

The collection period is from 1 to 3 business days after placing the order, except Saturdays and Sundays.

Track the order status and status in your merchant profile on the site in the "My Orders"section.

Delivery 

1. delivery of goods is carried out by the carrier "New Mail" and "Ukrposhta" to the warehouse in your city at the carrier's rates.

2. delivery of goods is carried out by the carrier "New Mail" and "Ukrposhta" to the door (address delivery) at the carrier's rates.

The Courier calls the recipient 30-60 minutes before arrival at the address indicated in the express invoice. Delivery to the address is carried out until 21: 00 on weekdays and weekends according to a special schedule (on the carrier's website).

Receiving an order

When selecting the option "to the carrier's branch".

Inspect the cargo for the integrity of the packaging and branded adhesive tape.

Sign the documents only if the condition of the package does not arouse suspicion.

If you find a deviation, fill out the claim report to the carrier. If there is a discrepancy in the quantity, you must specify which items are missing and in what quantity. Also list the damaged product on a positional basis, indicating the quantity and a detailed description of the nature of damage to each one.

After you have picked up the goods at the carrier's branch, claims about the condition and quantity of the goods are not accepted.

Targeted delivery (by courier to the door). On the eve of the delivery day (a day or more in advance), a representative of the transport company will call you to agree on the day and time of delivery.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during delivery (address, recipient'S full name, mobile phone number), and also guarantee that you will be at the specified address within the specified time period.

Meet a courier if access to your apartment or office is restricted, accept products at the checkpoint, near the entrance with an intercom/key, etc. 

Show the freight forwarder your passport or other identity document of the recipient that you specified when making the delivery.

Payment

Payment can be made in several ways:

1. cash on delivery upon receipt

2.transfer to a privat bank card.

Payment by "cash on delivery" is made after the product is inspected and checked for completeness directly at the New Mail branch (or by courier). Payment " to the Privat bank card is made in advance, before receiving the goods at the branch (or courier) of Novaya Pochta.

Attention!

When ordering delivery of goods by a third-party courier service "Novaya Pochta" and "Ukrposhta", upon receipt, be sure to check the availability of all the goods in the order, as well as its appearance. 

In case of damage to the product or incomplete completion of the order, you must refuse to receive the product and pay for it, as well as draw up a report (claim). If this situation occurs,please let us know what happened via the feedback form or by phone
