There are 2 methods for determining your size. If there is a centimeter tape and if there is none.
1. width
To measure the circumference of the chest, place a centimeter tape through the most prominent points of the chest, then go under the armpits and along the back so that the tape converges on the most voluminous part of the bust. Divide the indicator in half. We got the width.
Or, if you don't have a centimeter tape, take a sweatshirt or T-shirt for the street from your wardrobe and use a ruler to measure its width, from the seam of one side to the other under the armpits.
2. length
Place a centimeter tape over your shoulder and run it down your back to the bottom to capture the middle of your buttock. By fixing the indicator, we got the length.
Or, if you do not have a centimeter tape, take a sweatshirt from your wardrobe and use a ruler to measure where the shoulder connects to the collar (do not count the collar) and lower it to the bottom taking into account the cuffs.
3. sleeve length.
Place a centimeter tape on the shoulder of your hand and lower it to the bottom of your hand to grab the knuckles of the beginning of your fingers. After fixing the indicator, we got the length of the sleeve.
Or, if you do not have a centimeter tape, take a sweatshirt from your wardrobe and use a ruler to measure where the shoulder connects to the base of the sweatshirt and lower the sleeves to the bottom of the cuff.
